ABOUT

I’m a Usui intuitive Reiki practitioner and teacher. I’m lucky to live in the lake district in Cumbria and have 4 children. I have completed my Reiki level 1,2 and masters and a crystal healing course.

I suffered from mental health issues due to multiple traumas and found that medications were not helping after trying multiple over a 20 year period.

I turned to holistic therapies mainly Reiki energy healing and saw an improvement .

Not realising that we had an energy field that can become blocked with trauma and negative interactions which can cause illness if untreated.

I’ve worked hard on my own healing journey and seeing the difference I wanted to offer the opportunity to other people too.

Animals respond greatly to Reiki even animals that can’t be touched can receive distance Reiki. plants and crystals also benefit from Reiki.

I use Reiki to clear homes and offices where energy can become stagnant .

I also was born with psychic abilities and mediumship skills.

Reiki (Rei – universal Ki-energy)is a Japanese healing technique that Dr Mikao Usui in the early 20th century developed. Hands on healing is documented earlier than this. we all have electromagnetic field in and around our bodies, all our messages to our brains are electric impulses to the brain and we have all had the experience of electric shocks off the car or shopping trolley! Reiki is where we channel energy through our hands too clear blocks of energy in the clients body, it is a painless complimentary therapy that is used to manage symptoms and improve well being. Reiki helps with but not limited to stress, depression, anxiety, cancer symptoms, pain and promotes relaxation balance and wellbeing. It can be given through our hands with gentle touch or via distance where we have our hands just above the body or we can send it over miles which helps with animals that can’t be touched people in other countries or people with anxiety disorders.
